Expert asks to move colossus statues from Sharqia to Grand Museum

Dr Mohamed Abdel Maqsoud، former General-Secretary of the Higher Antiquities Council، asks to move the colossus statutes from San Al Hagar in Sharqia Governorate to the Grand Museum near the Pyramids.
Dr Abdel Maqsoud has launched a campaign to save those antiquities of that forsaken site.

They suffer negligence there as the statues and obloquies were left in the open air.

Weather changeable erosde those artifacts dated to thirty centuries at least.

He asks to restore those statues to save them from decay.

He assured the Grand Museum has the spacious areas to house those unique collection.

He recommends to promote a world campaign to save those artifacts and recover them to their origin feature.
