No more crazy Zamalek detours with valet parking app Rakna

Regardless of how controversial the Zamalek metro plan might be, we're all still feeling the repercussions of it. The on-demand parking service app has officially started operating in Zamalek, so it's time to say goodbye to parking tickets, sweaty Zamalek meetings, and fights with random thugs who hold the sidewalk hostage for money. Part of Rakna's expansion also includes hiring the company's valet services for private events like weddings and other times where your cars are more of a hassle than convenience.

1 Set drop off location

Set your drop off location anywhere within our service zone and one of our well trained valets will be there to meet you and collect your car.

2 Track your car

From the moment we pick up your car you can track it all the way to our partner garage.

3 Set return location

When you’re ready to leave, tell us where you want your car returned and we’ll deliver it anywhere within our service zone! We recommend that you request 15 minutes in advance.

4 Payment & Feedback

Your can save your credit card in the app and get charged automatically or you can pay in cash if you prefer. Provide feedback of your valet.
